Ken Wyder – 2016 Platinum Sales Award Winner

Ken Wyder receives the 2016 Platinum sales award from the managing broker of Vancouver’s highest sales office Re/Max Select Properties.

This is the most recent occasion Ken has received the Platinum award. He credits strong long-term client loyalty, referrals, and a first-rate on-line presence among the keys to his ongoing success.

Two decades helping clients buy and sell real estate on Vancouver’s Westside has given Ken a deep knowledge of the market. He specializes in the prime neighbourhoods of Kitsilano, Point Grey, Dunbar, UBC, Kerrisdale, Fairview-False Creek, West End and Yaletown.

While achieving industry milestones is nice, an always candid Ken says he was also lured to the event by a hot buffet and the opportunity to chat in a relaxed social setting with his peers. And while the awards splash was a bright occasion, Ken discreetly exited before the second guest speaker took to the podium so as to fit more time into his client’s and family’s calendars. Though the Vancouver real estate market dropped substantially in volume in late 2016, Ken’s sales activity did not miss a beat and early 2017 shows another promising year for his business and clients.
