Kitsilano Townhouses and Townhomes
Kitsilano enjoys one of the most diverse selections of housing types in Vancouver. Apartments dominate, as the ranks of walk-up rentals overlooking English Bay illustrate, but duplexes, townhouses, and row housing are the next largest chunk of options for those seeking something affordable. Besides a central location, Kitsilano offers proximity to English Bay as well as the eclectic assortment of shops along West 4th Avenue and West Broadway. The neighbourhood’s diversity makes it one of the most vibrant in the city for young professionals and, with mand 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom townhomes, a place to raise a family.
